Im really confused about how event hosting works how do you get the permissions to host an event?

You win host perms in seasonal event crates. Right now you can win TDM and Wool shuffle perms in the summer crate. Each seasonal crate has different events. If you win one, you keep it permanently, and hosting each event has a 24hr cool down. If you want to host an event (when you have perms) you can type /e host to bring up the GUI for hosting.
