(KitPVP) People Causing lag by sitting in spawn.

Too many people have just been sitting in spawn not doing anything taking up spots people could use that actually want to play. It also causes the server to lag a lot more than usual. I had 43fps when i usually get 300 that's a huge /difference.

There's already a system that kicks people if they're afk-ing for too long, but still, they might just sit there hitting the air like the fans they are. :/

It made me lag, but that day at the end everyone split up and it went back to normal.
