ok so the actual plugins that matter
xenitrogen for ranks, bans, chat, tags, essential features, disguise, etc.
xepickupfilter for /pickupfilter
clubmodutilitiesfor vanish, mod mode, etc.
to copy this use aquacore u Skeppy simp unless u just want a good plugin in which case I can vouch for aqua

im pretty sure its not, the author of aquacore has said that his plugin is not used by invadedlands or minemen. aqua and mizu core are meant to be remakes of XeNitrogen, not the actual thing. I use aquacore on my server and while it is very similar, it is not the exact same.
