Hi, I purchase an upgrade from VIP to MVP and MVP to PRO in the same purchase and I think this may have caused a glitch because I only got MVP. I made a purchase support ticket TWO WEEKS AGO and haven’t received a SINGLE reply. This is getting very frustrating, I included proof of purchase on the support ticket as well as all other information and at this point im contemplating chargeback since i’ve basically been ignored by all staff...

Please do not chargeback. Only like 2-3 staff members can actually handle those. I recommend only purchasing one at a time in the future, that way you avoid these issues AND you get the extra reclaim

Hopefully you get a response. It’s unfortunate that the server is losing so many players to stuff like this but when there is a lack of initiative from some staff sometimes that’s the only way of learning.

Be patient, I would DM a admin or manager on discord and ask for their help.

i doubt they want to be bugged nor would they reply, better to just wait out the purchase support. it'll take a bit but there's hardly any staff who can handle them
