I enjoyed reading the entirety of this thread
it hasnt even been 5 months..
the last time we got a new map was the last normal season
this map is an old map and we've had it for 4 months

This is completely false.before i start, let me clarify a few things
i don't want anyone to hate on any of the staff because of this
i also dont want this to bring up a huge controversy or something

for a while now invaded has undoubtedly been dying
theres a point in every game where this happens but with invaded, it can be avoided
so many people stay with invaded because it offers a kitpvp experience that other servers dont, and i wont get into it
but now even with that, no one cares
we've been lied to about updates a countless number of times
and these new updates that we were just told about
are NOTHING SPECIAL
thank you for listening to the community but
as you have acknowledged, invaded has had the same content for ages
so give us new content
nothing you told us about is new content
and btw, since a lot of players have given up on kit
they've turned to duels
thats where all these duel suggestions come from
and the majority of them should be ignored
let me get more into that,
they're small suggestions
things that should be easy to do even with one dev
but considering those small suggestions can't even be done
just focus on more important things
and idk whats worse
the fact were probably not even going to get half of these updates/changes
or that these updates/changes are super small
stop clinging onto invaded to the point you actually think

like wtf we havent had a new map in 10 months when it should be 6 months or 8 months at the most
all we got is probably one of the worst choices for a old map ever
tbh i was excited for this map again but its just boring after so long

the price of ranks
before, and i hate to say this,
the prices were sort of acceptable
invaded was better back then
but the prices now are just bs honestly
its not worth it at all considering how garb invaded is
last time we got an announcement about updates
(which was months ago)
we didnt get anything
so i made some big thread on can we trust that they'll actually update things
and it was kind of neglected
i guess now im right as if it matters
im hanging onto even the forums by a thread
i started getting back into other games
just please actually care and listen to your community
that whole talk about getting devs and advertisements was also bs
its really sad at this point
i dont see any good reason to trust what we've been told NUMEROUS times
and what we've been told isn't even special

As an owner of a competitive PVP server, and mediocre developer, I'd like to say a few things regarding this thread.
Rank Prices
I agree. The server does make a lot of money, so rank prices should be decreased, at least for the more expensive ones, maybe these would be better:
VIP: $6.00
MVP: $15.00
Pro: $28.00
Lord: $50.00
God: $63.00
Overlord: $80.00
These could be changed, and it's just an idea.
Update Time
Updates are going to take a while, as previously stated, Neon works on other large servers as a Developer, so he can't dedicate all of his time to Invaded. Although to some extent, yes they do take a while. Hiring 1-2 more developers who can put 100% of their time to developing new updates for Invaded would be a great idea. With no new content, a decrease in players in inevitable.
New Content
To continue on from my previous statement, a constant addition of new, unique content would make the server appeal to a wider range of audiences. Take the Pit on Hypixel for example. They have a lot of features that other pvp-based servers don't have. If the management team were to think "outside the box" for new updates, it would surely attract more players. As of right now there's nothing custom or unique about the server that makes it significantly stand out. It could easily be recreated by someone with almost no developing/ownership experience.

You think they’re gonna make God ($106 rank btw) $63 and Overlord ($240 rank btw) $80? They’re not dropping a almost $250 rank to $80.
yeah i was thinking these prices were kinda low, but they should drop, maybe God could be at like $70 and Overlord at like $130
