Yo, so I've been noticing a cycle happening a lot. Usually, around the server(in-game and Discord), I notice a lot of people breaking the rules which include spamming, swear and etc. But, there is never a staff online to take care of anything. I've DM'ed some staff several days and they refuse to answer. It is ridiculous to even see this and how they do their jobs. Not even trainees are on and it shows how the staff members aren't doing their jobs. I understand you can be busy but to not answer for a few days or take time to handle these rule-breakers is kind of crazy. There needs to be more serious work in InvadedLands because like come on. I assure you that there are staff members online taking care of as much as they can. We cannot always see everything that goes on, and we are bound to miss things. We have player reports so that if someone isn't punished, it can still come to staff's attention and the situation can be handled.
Every staff member gets many messages per day, and everyone has their preferred way of being contacted. Some staff members might be a little harder to reach, however I encourage you to start a conversation on forums and see where it leads. Discord is not always a reliable option for reaching out, and if one staff member won't answer you, then try someone else. There could be other factors delaying their response, especially since many are spending time with family/friends for the holidays.
We are trying our best, and I ask that you be patient and understanding in our own circumstances. We want whats best for the server, however we are real people with real lives, and sometimes the server cannot be a priority.
