Lagg clear

Ok so basically i am playing alot of music in jukeboxes but it happened to me multiple times that right when i was removing the disc from the Jukebox there was a clear lagg. Now my question is can i somewhere see when there is going to be a clear lagg?

It happens like every 5 or 10 mins afaik and you can know it because thats when the announcer plugin announces something
