Lapis is ink sacks?

Apparently when i was selling some lapis in skyblock my lapis turned into ink sacks and it basically just did ink sacks for lapis?

Its hardly even a glitch, it doesn't actually sell ink sacks, its just that every dye shows the name "Ink Sack" when sold or bought. It still sells for the right price.
