Once in a while, I think about this server and the memories I created on it. I think of the people I played with and wonder where they are now. In this spirit, I think it would be fun to share who we were, and who we became, I don't care if we did not know eachother.
So I'm Olivierboys. Hello. I chose this username when I was 11, copied it from a friend called Charlieboys. It makes no sense, but it stayed. The first time I joined the server was in 2020, during the covid lockdown. At the time, I was 16, pretty shy, and had a poor English level. I thought I was good, it's always funny to read old posts on here and realize how bad I used to write. I played on the kitpvp server mainly for the PWs and the events. I collected rare items for fun. On the server, I met many people that I continued interacting with for a long time. I am thankful, it is probably why I could improve so much in English.
I am a French speaker, soon to be English teacher in Quebec. Maybe you played a role into that! Nowadays I study in university, and work during summers. I hike a lot, I'll go hiking for a couple of days in France this fall, I'm excited.
I think everybody will relate with that, but damn I used to be so f-ing cringe. I wonder why nobody ever called me out lmao. We were probably all cringe kids not noticing the other cringe kids. Well now I'm still cringe, but I've managed to make it work. I have an amazing girlfriend, she has a cat and I like it a lot.
Life has been great, but something feels off, don't know what yet, but I will figure it out. I think I may just be ready to have my degree and a stable life.
The lockdown stays one of the best time of my life.
Anyway, sorry for the rambling. I'm super curious to know how your life has been since you left off kitpvp. And hey if we're ever played together I'd be super down to have a call and catch up!
