go into windows search bar
type %appdata%
click on .minecraft
find gamma
change from 0.0 to 9999

Yeah fullbrights fine I use it every day. You don't even need to mod to use it. like other people said, just set gamma to like 1000 and bam, fullbright.

Or, you can do fullbright without any clients at all.

Go to your .minecraft folder (generally found in %appdata%), open options.txt, change gamma setting to 100.0
