oh i have joined support groups but i get nothing outta them. im just stuck listning to sad as music all night til 4am now xD
 
Find people that genuinely make you happy. Surround yourself with positive people. Dont take what anyone says too seriously. Other than that, i really don't know lmao
 
honestly friends or family members that you trust are the best things, people care about you, it feels good to just release your emotions to someone you trust.
