If he scams them then he will get blacklisted for irl scamming

He was just trolling. The IRL dealer always goes first due to the fact that if they go first and you don't pay them it is considered IRL scamming since the IRL dealer lost actual money. If you go first then they can just not give you anything and there's nothing staff can do since that's just regular scamming which is allowed. Another tip is don't fall in to the trap of paying half first. 99% of the time it's a scam.

Yh listen to this. If you say you will do an irl deal, and someone pays the irl part of it, it forces you to pay them also, otherwise you scam them and they lose IRL money (bannable) but if you go 1st, and you give the in game money, they don’t have to pay the irl part as technically it’s not bannable as you didn’t lose irl money.
