I can't really like show without doing a speedpaint or something of the like ( so if people are interested I guess let me know?)
But I can show you my general set up such as drawing tablet and program I use.
For the drawing tablet, I use an XP-PEN star 03, this is a fairly older model, but still does the job! It was around £50 GBP at the time I bought it, and it's lasted for a a good 3 years now and hopefully for the years to come. Can easily be bought from XP-PEN's website or amazon.
Before that I used to use a small Huion H420- which was smaller than the size of my hand, but for £15 I couldn't grumble and would suggest it as a beginner tablet especially if you don't wanna splurge out for a larger one.
As for the software of choice, I use SAI 2. I used SAI 1 for the longest time, but SAI 2 just has better features imo. If anyone uses SAI 2 and wants the brushes I mainly use, I'd be willing to share the settings.

Oh, that would be super nice if you could do that ! I use SAI 2 too, even though I also use Medibang Pro sometimes. I don't know which one is the best so I switch between the two depending on what I wanna do
