cant tell if ur trolling and im like 80% sure u are but ima reply anyway. After testing it over an hour after the tweet claiming it has been fixed it had indeed not been fixed. I cba to test it again now, ill try in the morning and ill post the reults. If u are using a clientside cps mod, it is counting ur left clicks not the leftClick packets sent to/received by the server. So if you click 45 times per second and ur clientside cps mod says 45cps, chances are only a portion of those will be received by the server.

I actually didnt get the ss's from the video, they are from a discord server in which a few of us tested this out and found that lunar is indeed an advantage. This vid actually has a recording of it which i appreciate but i wouldnt trust tenebrous's word on his competitors, there are much better sources out there.

he is a admin and he is also a anticheat admin for the server aswell. he is also Badlion Partner and badlion is kind of their #1 competitor

yes, i used to be a fan of his channel before his pedophilic (grooming a 14 year old while he was an adult) incident was exposed. More to that, he strikes videos containing any criticism of him, his recent videos are examples of his insane bias.

He managed to make an 8 minute video in which he stated multiple flaws with watchdog. Not a single flaw for AGC was specified in the video. More so, watchdog is a detection system, not an anti cheat like agc, agc isnt suitable for gamemodes where double jump or such features are added, it is great for a practice server tho. This is the reason invadedlands uses the old agc, the new one would ban players bouncing of the spawn wall in soup or bow boosting while high ping. Theres easily 8 minutes of content on why agc isnt a suitable anticheat, 8 minutes of content he left out in his comparison video.

Im not finna look at all his vids and find examples, you can do that yourself.
 
for those of u that dont know, lunar 1.8 has been exposed for removing a vanilla hit delay feature (proof below)
vanilla delay when u miss for 0.5s before u can swing again

this is code from vanilla 1.8, "leftClickCounter" is a 10 tick countdown from when u miss your opponents hitbox (50ms per tick, 500ms or 0.5s total) in which your swing packets wouldnt be sent to the server. (so you may be swinging but your player wouldnt and the hits wouldnt count)
Now this is what lunars client code looks like

So basically lunar removed the "delay" from their client giving players the ability to send more leftclick packets to the server than a vanilla player would be able to.

Note: a cps clientside mod wouldnt register packets sent to the server, only how many times u left click so it will be inaccurate.
(so any 1.8 non lunar user may have cps mods that show 15-20cps but in reality only send half as many packets and thus only be getting 5-10cps serverside)

Lunar devs claim this was a bug and that it has been "fixed" but you can try testing it our yourself on a private server with a cps counter (NOT CLIENTSIDE MOD) and go into vanilla 1.8.9 vs lunar 1.8.9 and youll notice your serverside cps is much higher with lunar.

gg to anyone that uses lunar, when this gets fixed your cps is about to drop 20-50% and max out at around 10-12, till then ima start using lunar

BTW 1.7 isnt affected, it has always had extra reach and no cps cap which is why you should always ask what version someone is on before 1v1ing them.
