In my personal opinion staff applications shouldn't be open due to mainly what you just mentioned, also I feel having them private gives canidates a chance to state more private information that I feel players should not see, it just gives canidates privacy overall if they didn't want anybody knowing that they applied, I feel it's good that they are not for public view and I thought it was a great addition

while it would be funny, it is better off closed for privacy purposes. I would say the only way they would make them public is if they made it not say who made the application, but it could still reveal who they are in the actual application. Overall I don't think they would be public, and the only way we can get "I want staff member so i can troll with skeppy" is thru zelk's videos.

LMAO nah in all seriousness the staff applications are private due to privacy reasons (some decide to charge their names on applications), to avoid plagiarism, and to avoid toxicity because there will be people who unfairly make fun of others. It's not in the current plans, and is unlikely to happen for all reasons I mentioned, and that were mentioned above.
