my friend applied for media rank a month ago and on the terms at bottom it says you can re apply every 2 weeks but he cant for some reason?

Maybe tell them to make a bug report about it? Or a community help post... I don't think posting it here will help. If there's no response they should probably directly contact a staff member about it

tried to contact staff
