Please, as a former staff manager on , don't waste people's time with troll apps, or apps where you don't meet EVERY requirement.

I have taken those threads into consideration. I think they would work but it depends if you are willing to take the time to write it out in the format that is portrayed by them.

If you aren't willing to put in the time and effort to make a good application, I recommend you don't apply for staff, these threads are made by the people that read your staff apps, I think it would be a pretty good idea to listen to them.

Also, Zelkam makes a lot of bad staff app videos, and in some of the older ones you can learn a lot as he gives good advice on applying for staff not just on Invaded, but any server. Those videos pretty much got me into minecraft staffing as a whole

I think this is really useful! I’ve had past staff experience, but I feel like I will still be denied because the server is very small. I’ve seen some people get denied solely because the staff can’t find any evidence that the server(s) they say they got staff on exists!! Should I still apply?

In my opinion no, usually those who do get accepted have been staff on multiple servers before. But if you have proof of staff and you think you are a good candidate, go for it!

So many people applying if they don't meet a requirement. The form shouldn't allow people that don't meet some requirements to post, for example the age question would not allow to post an application if age is under 14, or if the person does not have a mic or can't record.

that would probably make the kids put in a fake age. At least now they can be dumb enough to not read the requirements and then get denied. Which makes the staff now their age.

People already put fake ages, if staff wants to verify someone's age they can ask for a picture of their date of birth on their ID. Or maybe allow the person to submit the application, but auto deny it
