their spam detection is sensitive don't repeat you're self and also you might have promoed your stream multiple times in five minutes make sure you watch out for that and also don't past links in your chats because that can make mods and staff a bit worried and mute you watch out ok
and also if you have been muted multiple times you have to be more careful as you will be more likely to be muted so try maybe not to chat so much.
