Is their any way to get a mute erased from your account? I didn't realize that I could get muted for promoting spam, didn't mean any harm D:

When you play the server you agree to the rules wether you read/acknowledge them or not. If the mute was justified it will most likely never be removed from your account history.

Punishment resets remove all past bans and mutes from your account except. However, there is no punishment reset coming anytime soon.

No, you cannot. If you are perm-muted you can appeal here and say you are appealing a mute: https://invadedlands.net/form/ban-appeal.5/select

If you are not perm-muted, your mute was issued by a staff fairly and was justified. Please be patient with your mute, even though you may not have known the rule, that doesn't mean it was acceptable. Mutes cannot be cleared other than a punishment reset which is solely up to the administration team to decide when to do this, they are completely random. Even if you were to be perm-muted, appealed and accepted, those mutes still stay on your record. The next mute after a perm-mute also results in another perm-mute. Evading a mute will result in a ban. Hope this helped...

Honestly, this is just common-sense. It definitely got to you at some point (if it wasnt immediatley which I do not know why) that promoting spam is against the rules probably. You can't have any excuse for this.

Before proceeding into any actions, you should firstly read the rules. If justified, with proof, your mute will never be erased from your account history.

Unless there is a punishment reset ( won't be any time soon) your punishment history will still be visible to us.
