Yes do what pettle said. and also if you got proof it would be much easier for you to get unmuted since it would take a longer time if you dont have proof because a mod would have to ask management to check logs but if the mute is temporary (30 min to 6 hours) just wait it out. and after that you could ask a mod to remove it if you have proof of it being false.
