I literally did a full on arm session two days ago, then the next day I had a gym session with my PT and they were just a bit sore. Then yesterday I couldn’t even straighten them and now they are literally only a tiny bit better and I’ve been doing active recovery tf? ? I think it’s something like offset 2nd day recovery (nothing like that but it’s similar). Anyone else get this lmao
