If you did a serious offense then you get a penalty for it. For example you cheat in the game so you can get a penalty of 5 months

Oh, that would've been helpful to know earlier lmao. Your ban was reduced from a permanent ban to a 30-day ban. Once the 30 days is up you will be able to play the server again.
