My crate key wont work

Ok so when i was in invaded i was doing events and stuff but then someone said do /warp shop for stuff so i did when i got there i got a invaded crate key and alot of sharp 2 diamond swords so when i went to use the key it didnt work so im just asking if any mod sees this can they help me my IGN is huskieguy37

If they were physical keys, they don't work. They were most likely duped.
