I bought a diamond key from /buy, went to skyblock, crate keys and bought a diamond crate key. The key wasn't coming to my account so i decided to check survival and kitpvp. When i went to kitpvp there was a notification in the chat that said i had got a diamond key. At first I thought that it just took a while and i get the key in both skyblock and kitpvp. But that isn't the case. I don't play kitpvp at all and i'm kinda sad that it went to the wrong place. I don't know if I did something wrong. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it possible to get the key from kitpvp to skyblock? My ign is 4377.

I'm not sure if they transfer keys from server to server, I'd go into discord and ask staff if they do and make a purchase support ticket after

Join this discord server : https://discord.gg/4pzuHD, once you joined scroll down and join the Support waiting channel. After some time a staff member will move you and you ask him the question, or you'll either have to wait for a staff member to reply to this thread usually discord is faster though

you probably bought it under kit pvp instead of skyblock by accident, i dont think there is anything u can do about that
