My main base randomly unclaimed

For some reason my entire main base decided to unclaim its self, I did not do any commands or anything, but everything almost got completely griefed. No idea if this has happened to anyone else, but it was weird

this happened to some other people, we don't know why it happened still, try dming staff about it so they can try sending it to higher ups because i don't know how you're gonna make a bug report on that, sorry idk if this would help
