I had this problem around July '23 and if your account is a Microsoft one (should be) then minecraft wont help

have you recently done verification in a discord server that had you log in with microsoft?As the title says, my Minecraft account has been hacked.

well if you did that then the only hope of ever getting your account back is the hacker deciding to give it back. assuming they won't do that, your account is gone for good.
