October 2017 - I first join the server, there are about 40 people online at peak times and around 25 in the evening. Nothing much went on during that time. A couple days after I joined I learned about loot drops, I was not geared at all, infact I was a non. One player in particular, MrMustangFan, he helped me get a hold of my first loot in the lootdrops. MrMustangFan is a super nice person and we were friends throughout 2017 & 2018 where he eventually quit Minecraft & gave me his account details that turned out didn't work. December 2017 - In the evening of the 3rd of December, a duper was dropping space keys at spawn (if your not aware space keys have a bit better loot than legendary). It was frantic, at first only my friend now know to me as x_sushii got a hold of 10 and he gave a couple to me. Eventually everyone had stacks upon stacks of the crate keys and alot of rumors spread that it was the reset, which I thought too. I wish I could show you footage of the spawn, but I would say that there were 30 people opening crates, and there were about 200+ Comet kits on the ground lagging the sh**tty pcs out of the server (me). It lasted hours before Zelkam realized what had been happening and closed the server. Turns out they didnt rollback anything and I got to keep the /nick command I got which was pretty nifty I would say. Skeppy Subs: 200k
February or March 2018 - I join the Sugma island ran by XDVELO, you may now know him as 1velo1. It was a huge group of people that were almost all online, the island looked like a piece of trash but we did get is top. Skeppy Subs 250k
June 2018: The reset has come! My island Sugma is is top and we won nothing! I was still proud of all of us and it would be the last time I would be with this island. Alot of the Sugma moved to _SqltyNoodle's (xx_sushii) island. We were holding about is top #3 and it was just not a grind island whole-lot. Skeppy Subs: 266K
Summer 2018: Unfortunatly _SqltyNoodle quit and the island eventually died, I made my own island, It included me & maymos. Maymos is a great person, he is a talented builder and he had the balls to make a cactus farm that spanned half the island. We had alot of fun through the days I had my own island. Skeppy Subs: 290K
December - May 2019: I join Bloodlust, I was actually the first member of Bloodlust. Bloodlust is ran by Bloodnoon who is my friend to this day. Bloodnoon actually made mini videos about the progression of Bloodlust and I would check it out on his channel. (Here) Bloodlust grew to be the top island in Skyblock, we were is top far beyond triple the is top #2 had. Until the zMyst's island came along... His island was basically a group of 10 scammers and an invaded mod. They climbed very fast with the goal to have more levels than Bloodlust. Both island grinded to their limits and the war was over when Bloodlust made it to 1 million levels. That was unheard of because Sugma from the previous season only got to 120k island levels. Simply a great achievement. Little memory, in December 2018 alot of rumors spead of a reset which never happend and infact it would happen a year later. Skeppy subs: 800K
June 2019: The Reset has come again! Bloodlust did win this season. A new Bloodlust began with most the same players. They do eventually win this season too.
July 2019: I quit Skyblock due to boredom. There is nothing really to do and is top is just bragging rights. I move to hypixel skyblock where there is unlimited content for the time being. Skeppy Subs: 1 Mil
I made this thread to give attention to the really bad p2w stuff thats going on. And another thing, if you upgrade from space to comet, each new thing get you get for comet is $10, and you only use the kit. Another thing, I spent $15 to get access to /stack then 1 day later you cant put stacked items in anvils.
Dear Invaded Staff team, Skyblock is close to my heart and to see it be consumed by paytowin is really hard to think of. I would love to come back, but there is nothing to really go for, if your is top, you dont get anything. The only real reason to play is to collect coins and sell them using irl deals, which should be bannable.
