Clans

The limitation of the clan system

Clans should be able to invite more members in it what's the point of having a clan system when you can only get 5 of your 'clan' members in it, the 'clan' system is just basically a chat for your clan members so I don't see why giving us more slots will affect the server that much.

Things that I think should be added:
Since a friendly fire option will most likely not get added I think that there should be a tag/symbol next to our clan members and allies' names so it'll help a lot more in situations involving pvp which will make our allies and clan members easier to spot and makes it easier to identify who is who.
A /focus command which applies a pink or a bright color to a person's name when /focused which makes communication better in team fighting.
There should be a command like /tl which gives your coords to your clan/ally chat.
Add a function where you do @ (message) and it sends that message to your clan chat since having to toggle /clan chat off and on just takes too long and is inconsistent.

Eating While Running

A Vanilla glitch that is abused by people (mainly with good ping) mainly using macros to have a 100% chance of doing the glitch

Eating while running should be bannable through player reports since eating while running is a bug that is abused by many people mostly using macros which give them 100% chance of eating while running which is just unfair. This should just be bannable overall since it is a vanilla bug that wasn't meant to be a feature and it is being abused mainly in unfair ways.

Clan Upgrades

All the clan upgrades aren't worth it, The invaded clan system is basically just a chat for your allies and your 'clan' members I don't see why i should spend so much money on the upgrades when they're just gonna give me the ability to chat with my clan members when most of the people who have clans are in calls all the time.

Should be cheaper
If not cheaper it should give better upgrades (more slots, more allies, better mutipliers)

Achievements

Unbalanced Achievements

*Only takes 10 chat reaction wins to get access to light red color chat.
*Need to get 25 event wins to get a tag (I do think this is fine though)
*Only need 35 kills for such a valuable item (strength 3m)
Though the [Prodigy] tag is global and is seen through all the gamemodes I still do think that the light red chat will be too common so I do think that the achievement 'Rapid Response' should be made harder.
Make it harder to get strength from the achievement not only 35 kills because people are abusing the use of alts to get such a valuable item in just a few kills.

This last one isn't really a very important thing but I would love to see player inventories at the end of a duel match.

I really hope staff takes this into consideration :)

I think clans should be limited how they are but the upgrades are too expensive and hard to get only to basically just gain access to the clan and ally chats, considering people / clans are going to team regardless of the in-game clan system.

Also the event wins aren't that hard due to events such as TDM where your team just needs to win and it counts as a win for the achievement. I believe I already have 1/3 of the events needed for the tag only from TDM. Same with the potions - it isn't as hard as it seems. I'm already at over 60 potions of the 350. Kits like kit archer come with potions and have a relatively short cooldown + there's normally potions lying on the ground under spawn and at player warps.

I think that the 25 wins is fine but the other achievements are just unbalanced

I added to my message regarding the potion achievement.
You do have a good point though about them being limited, I just feel like some people will start non-serious clans with a bunch of random people and end up getting top kills even if they don't get many kills as solo players solely because they have such a large amount of people getting a few kills each when serious clans with dedicated players deserve that leaderboard spot more.

I think the clan limit is alright, it prevents one single clan from taking over. If you need to chat or expand, make a sister clan(s), and use the ally chat.

This is not really a suggestion, but more of a complaint, make some suggestions on how the clan upgrades system could be improved.
Achievements are really unbalanced like the Rapid Response Achievement, you can access the light red chat color by beating everyone in chat reactions ONLY 10 times and you need 25 event wins to get a tag which is a lot harder than beating everyone in chat reaction 10 times and I also think that getting 35 kills for a strength pot is just too easy, people can abuse alts to get strength pots, I also think drinking 350 potions should give you more rewards because 350 potions isn't that easy to get and you only get 2 strength potions and 2 invaded keys. The 2 strength pots alone aren't enough for this reward and especially the invaded keys which you aren't certain to get valuable items.

I personally agree with this, however use of macros is already against the rules, so if you do have proof of someone using a macro, try to get good evidence of it and report (however getting evidence of that may be hard) +1

I did want to suggest on how they could make it better but I dont think my opinion really matters on that because im just a guy who plays the server not a guy who manages it

I mean you do have to get 350 potions which is alot considering the potions you get are very limited unless you're a donator
I also see ranked people in chat buying regen potions for it tho so yea

I wasn't thinking about donator kits when I said that so I do agree it is a lot and can be hard to get for people without ranks or with lower ranks. I think it is nice that there are some easy achievements and some more challenging ones, such as getting 350 potions, but they definitely should consider lowering that considering it can take defaults and lower ranks a super long time to get.

Edit: Accidentally mixed up achievements and was thinking this was the one for the tag so ignore that if you saw it lol.

yea im sure they added achievements to kind of balance it out with the p2w so I think these challenges should be made easier / give better stuff for people who aren't p2w
 
the good thing about this challenge is that it's not exactly difficult, it just takes a whole lot of time and effort.


once you have that you just need about 1 hour to drink them all

100% agree.

They call it a clan when you can get max 5 people by default.

+ Eating while running should be banned (Before I felt like it was ok for it to be used but now that people use macro's and etc like myro stated)

Hopefully staff listens and doesn't just take feedback from egirls that don't even play the server, ty!

I believe if you ease the restriction, your clan becomes meaningless. Having few members as a starting point gives the clan more incentive to work together and succeed in the game to invite more people in. It also will increase competition, and discourage botted clans.

I’ve pushed personally for this already, something to this effect will be coming.

There's really nothing you get from making a clan but the ability to have a chat for your allies and clan members, IMO there should be a setting for friendly fire to be toggled on and off. (just my opinion, the community will most likely dislike this feature)

I agree this bug is abused in ways that ruins the game. While there’s not much that can be done because it is a Vanilla big as you’ve pointed out, your take on it raises and interesting perspective in terms of punishment. I will have a conversation with some staff members to see what they think.

While your take is valid here, there’s not much of a suggestion made per se. If there’s something specific you had in mind, that would be easier for us to look at. Apart from the member cap limit which I highly doubt will change.

Agreed that it is common, however personally I think it should be. The colour chat permissions are already hard enough to come by for new players, so this is an encouraging incentive. However, I don’t speak for everyone so I will relay this as well.

Also agreed, but might be harder than it sounds from a developmental perspective.

Overall good suggestions, I hope they will be implemented.
