Netherite Pickaxe Incident & Managers Keeping Ignoring Me

i was playing in InvadedLands server and at /ah i saw pickaxe with efficiency X that cost 300m and i bought it. I went to nearest cave and started mining stones and then i realized speed is same and it had efficiency V instead of X. What the hell!? It has same Efficiency enchantment like my old pickaxe. I want my refund because /ah got glitched and i got wrong enchant on pickaxe that cost me 300m$. Here are images of proof i actually bought pickaxe.

Here's even more proof that i didn't craft theese pickaxes (they don't have same item info bc i bought pickaxe) I tried contact Manager on discrod to reedem my color chat voucher and something like this but they never respond to me. Managers should carry every server but in this server its kinda pathetic how managers don't check their discord and fix some problems like this. I hope any staff saw this and please fix it.Can i please get pickaxe i bought back? It needs to have efficiency X on it not Efficiency V

Seems like a visual glitch, maybe from exploiting or things related to that, sorry to hear that.

I found out why this is happening: basically people can use their super breaker mcMMO ability, which temporarily adds 5 levels of efficiency to the pickaxe. While their ability is active they can list the pickaxe on the auction house and the auction house makes it keep saying that increased efficiency until it's bought/taken off of the auction house.

I'd recommend to NOT try to abuse this glitch as it might get you banned and it is a bit inconsiderate of the people buying it.
