honestly, when i tried to asking a staff for help, they just trying to ignore our messages, then offline or vanished, is that how staff working?
when mega and new moderators online, I tried to ask for help and they just keep ignoring messages and playing with mega, is that also one of staff work?
before we have alot staff, theres only 2 staffs accepted in 500 staff appeals in 2018, but now, what the **** are these staffs doing?
I am feeling disappointed about this, only some active staff doing their's work, kvids and zack is best active staff, they got what they spend for, bruva is also a good staff, wish he will get sr mod back to work.

Pretty sure mega is testing sumo duels with one of the other staffs online. they could also be doing other things like moderating forums, or watching a hacker. They don't need to drop everything to do your chat reaction. If you need help, or have a question, make a forums thread and plenty of people will be here to help.

Just be patient, staff are not freeloading just because they don’t get to you right away. If mega needs them for something, then they should listen to their boss. Staff never respond right away, and they don’t have to give you an explanation on what server duties they need to take care of. This is just my opinion, but try not to look at it as freeloading, and more like them just following orders. This isn’t mega‘s fault either, he’s doing what’s best for the server.
