While we understand that this is frustrating, please understand that they are new so they might not be fully up to speed atm. I would appreciate if you could cut the new mods some slack as like you said they are new! Also we as staff do have our own lives so it can be hard for lots of staff to be on at once due to timezones and school etc. As im sure you are aware the staff team is running quite thin atm so there may not always be someone online at all times. With the new trainees that we have recruited and the still open staff applications we hope that this isn't an issue for much longer. Sorry and have a nice day!

yeah true but /report hardly works

I'll say this:
Using /report is one of the best ways to get attention of a staff member for a cheater, it is very helpful, and much more noticeable than regular chat messages.
