what if we can fill out an application on the forums or something and if it gets accepted staff can make someone do a certain thing (e.g making them leave us alone, unclaiming an area, etc)

So basically you want the ability to create a staff request that says:

Hey Staff, I need this done. Will you do it for me?

Then they say yes or no.

Cause if that's what you want, just ask one of them in one of the forums that already exist?
