Wdym? They wont ban without proof, the logs are proof. He also appealed which got denied, and it got denied so they must've re-checked his logs to see if it was false. It's rare to make a mistake whilst log checking, and they definitely double-checked.

I never said they ban without proof , just said that u didnt have access to logs and if he got banned legit ( he claims not , as he was cheating on mmc and then logged onto invaded ) then he won't get unbanned , that's it. Was just pointing out that staff can make mistakes , but if they double checked ig not
