its theoretically impossible to get up to 400ms. As how far the distance is on the earth, if you were on the complete exact opposite side of where the server is hosted, you'd get 300-350ms. Also it is still possible to get 400ms, mainly due to super laggy players and bad internet such as me since i live in trash hawaii. it happened on potion land since i get 240ms on that server, since i live in hawaii and the internet is so ass, it took forever to like load the server, i pressed tab and saw like over 10k ping lmfaowtf if u had 13k ping if you /ping 'ed it should show up like 9 thousand years later
