Guys I was just watching the staff page and I wondered how tf are there no trainies after the frickin season ended lol.

once someone is accepted they move onto the interview stage, prob still doing those
Yeah its kinda bad that only 2 people are interviewing them at any wanted time that takes to long (not meaning to be toxic but its kinda bad)

how is that bad? if it takes a long time it means they take a lot of consideration into who is staff
I didnt mean that, I said its kinda bad lower staff cant interview and it has to be done by the two managers which takes to long. I am NOT complaining or saying that managers are bad just saying its to much work for two people and it cant be done on time.

Oh sorry I didn’t know what you meant. Yeah I guess it’s true but since InvadedLands is a pretty large server the managers have to trust them a lot in order to give them permissions to do stuff etc so I can see where it makes sense to have them do it instead of lower staff members.
Yeah I know the have the boggest experience but any abusive staff will be demoted during the trainee stage so I dont know why admina or snr mods cant interview. They also put work on the server and I dont think they would just accept someone with no expeeience or someone thats doeant meet the requirements just for fun!!

Interviews can only be done by an admin or above back when I was in the team. It’s not as easy as it seems as well, and it requires more responsibility and experience to do interviews hence why it is set so that only limited higher ranked staff can interview.
There will be an announcement when the staff changes come along so you will be notified.
