However please do believe me when I say that staff will not take your word for it that you 'accidentally' had turned on KillAura, you should not have a hacked client in the first place, as it is against rules as a whole.

You could try making a ban appeal if you think this was unfair, but I don't think this will do much considering you literally just admitted to hacking which doesn't really make your situation better. You can try mining coal in the jail though to earn your unban!
I'm pretty sure the staff can just check what you got banned for so trying to cover it up won't help your situation... Your best bet is just mining coal in the jail server!
It does not really matter here whether you were AFK at spawn or not, as having a hacked client is still bannable and will get you banned regardless of intention or doing nothing with those hacks.

Well that isn't exactly what my point was, I was stating that regardless of your intention you had with your hacked client, it is still not allowed and will get you banned, even if you did nothing at all whilst having it. Having a hacked client for literally any reason is against the rules. I am not doubting your PVP skill. I can't speak on it because I do not participate in PVP, as I exclusively play Survival with no PVP, I like the peacefulness of building.
