Not able to gain keys?

Upon the Survival Reset, I had proceeded to /vote while inside the hub waiting for the release which then when I finally got in the server, it hadn't and still hasn't given me the key. Then, when I tried to /reclaim my hero perks, I only had gotten spawn eggs and no keys which I'm almost positive I was supposed to gain keys. Then apparently a keyall happened and I still haven't gained any keys at all. Mods, could you help please?

If you reclaimed when it first unwhitelisted, there was a problem where keys weren't being issued- which should be fixed now as far as I'm aware. They have a list of everyone who reclaimed and will be giving out the keys shortly.
