OK so why am i getting muted?

I'm getting muted for hours for only sending a message every minute but yet the people who spam every 2 seconds never get muted. Whats up with this?

staff mute players, if someones spamming report them using /report, although sometimes it may take a while for mods to get to the server to check on the person you should also message them otherwise via forums or discord as well to get better responses, if you really weren't abusing the chat then someone must've reported you for spam via player reports, which sucks. but, if you have a major spam problem do /report <ign> for other, and message staff on other platforms
