I don't think AGC is selling his source code and it's impossible to decrypt the file.

When they merged neon would have gotten files access + at one stage they were selling.. i believe it’s a fork of AGC, If you’ve seen zelkam’s videos before you will see that the gui that logs the bans is pretty much the same

everything is pretty much forked :/ only somewhat decent pl is their events but it was perfectly replicated by 2 devs in a very short time
