1. Staff are probably busy... staffing
2. Staff probably get hundreds of messages every week, just wait patiently
3. If it's urgent, and server related, make a support ticket, something like that, etc. Use the support system, it's there for a reason
4. Staff have lives outside of their moderating jobs on Invaded. again, be patient
