ORDER NOT RECEIVED

hi, i am new in the survival server. ive bought a key on the website for a head start and put my username exactly the same as my minecraft user but i never got my 1 invaded key. it typed CONGRATS urdaddymar on 1x INVADED on chat but i never got it. is there anyway i can get this item, i do not want a refund, just want what i paid for. i have my order number and everything. Please help!

First, welcome to Survival! Secondly, something similar occurred to me around last week. If you're purchase still does not come through after twenty-four-hours, I would suggest opening a Purchase Support Ticket (here).
