There's a few ideas you could do;

You could make a villa/mansion and decorate it to your heart's content
You could make a castle (Why not)
You could create a full on miners cave // mountain
You could create a fancy restaurant or something alike.

Builds for two people are typically really vast, or incredibly compact. So I tried to give some larger options so that it really stands out
