Ok so all you have to do is go into a mine and just mine some stuff ,iit doesn't have to be ores, it can be any type of stone, to unlock party chat it'll take like 5 minutes of mining max

In addition to the above you can also just quickly grind some mobs at a public mob farm, I've always found that the quickest.
