(this goes for everyone) don't make assumptions. while death threats aren't okay, I doubt they have anything to do with his demotion reason. it's probably a couple of losers going "wow, I can't be punished anymore because he's not staff!" so the argument that 'he must've done something horrible to deserve them!' is dumb and I wouldn't speculate on his or anyone's demotion reasons because it's honestly nobody's business other than hyper's and management's
