As much as I am sad for you, false mutes are not rlly a thing, you probably had 3 of the same message in same chat window and a mod saw it/someone reported it

no no, it’s rly hard to explain but me and undug had the same nick and we both said the same thing in chat like twice, then undug unnicked, so they probably /realnamed me after he unnicked and thought it was me saying four messages at once

Maybe try to contact a staff about it if you have evidence

I don’t have any evidence, but I’m pretty sure they can check logs. But as it’s my second perm mute, it’s prolly gunna get denied

I wish you the best of luck. You might have a chance at getting unmuted since you are a helpful and active community member. It depends on what the staff think though.
