We made no changes to the speed in which the spawn rate is for spawners. The old spawner system didn't speed up the process of spawners, nor does this one. All it ever does is multiply the number of spawned mobs.

oh ok thanks for explaining maybe its just im used to having hundreds of spawners anyway thanks for clearing that up

At first I was not a fan of the stacked spawners, but they are starting to grow on me. It gives you more to work for, and once you get a decent amount of them, spawn rate is pretty comparable to the unstacked spawners
