I think it should only be bannable if video evidence of somebody falling for the scam or proving that it is an actual scam is provided, otherwise it shouldn't fall to the staff to debate over whether or not someone is scamming, since it should primarily be the players' responsibility to be smart. However it is a big problem so I think it should be bannable under certain circumstances.
