it says on my appeal "escalated" but when do i get unbanned and it was a false ban!

Escalated means that it requires higher staff to look at it. This does mean it will take longer because they have lots to do and only certain staff can do it, but I'm sure they'll do it as soon as they can. There's no exact amount of time it takes for an appeal to be looked at so you'll just have to be patient for the time being.
