Please fix the muting system. (It is too harsh)

I have been muted without me even knowing that i was muted and i feel like there should be a warning before being muted. A mute shouldn't disable the messaging command or the /is tc command or whatever private way of contacting someone.A mute is supposed to make it so you cant talk globally but it disables the purpose of privately talking to someone which doesn't make sense.The muting system is too harsh and it should be changed. This has happened to me many times before so i hope this gets changed.

People could also be muted for stuff in pms, and its overall easier to manage if they are muted on everything, not just global. Also mutes as very quick as long as not repeated offenses or something really bad.
