No because the 30 days are there for a reason, they're already a reduction of your blacklist, reducing that again wouldn't make sense.

you have already gotten you're reduce, i had to wait out 11 months becouse my first couple appeals on the old site werent accepted even tho i did admit D:

Your blacklist will not be reduced any further. You need to wait out the remainder of your reduced blacklist as that is part of the punishment you have to serve for violating our Network Rules.
